They went above and beyond what a normal lender would have done. They contacted me with every update on my loan and financing and they were all just wonderful. Vince Cruz is very knowledgeable about various financing programs out there, he does all the leg work and then explains all your options in easy to understand terms. After running into a late fouled title issue, Vince stayed late clearing it up so my loan would close on time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for financing for their new home.

Vince was awesome. I had some unusual circumstances. Vince was creative and he came up with a solution that was absolutely perfect for me. Refinancing can be hard and the lender is almost always going to know more than the borrower. You need someone who takes that knowledge and tailors it to your circumstance. I doubt I am the only one out there with unique needs. Vince went over and above and did an amazing job. He is also extremely easy to talk to. Thank you Vince!
