I would just like to share how impressed we were with Em and the crew at this clinic. We had to have our 21 year old cat Lucy put to sleep last night. Both my wife and I were obviously distraught. The staff were fantastic. Allowed us to spend some final moments with her, as she drifted off. We were presented with a beautiful poem on a certificate, along with a "paw" print from Lucy. Helpful and lovey staff. Extremely respectful when a family holiday ended sadly with our lovely dog having to be put down. Thankyou for making it that little bit easier.
My dog Nellie is now 8, she has been visiting Karen and the team since she was a puppy. Although I have moved and I have plenty of other local vets, I think it's worth making the trip to Zillmere, they are always so friendly and provide Nellie with the best care!
Thank you for taking care of Percy and cleaning his pearly whites. You can see how much your team genuinely care about the animals and educating owners on how best to care for them. I've will be back (hopefully not too soon!).
