I had a great experience. First time client, so booking a boarding reservation for my pup Jazz over the phone was so simple- team member was friendly and answered all my questions. Pricing and holiday deposit was upfront -honestly found it very affordable. Upon check-in my pup and I we’re greeted by a friendly team member. I got a good feeling he would have great time. Pooch hotel is great! We left our little French bulldog for twin nights and he loved it, the staff was very nice and cordial as well! Highly recommend it.

Pooch hotel is reliable, clean and consistently takes care of my dog Quinn. They are low maintenance and low drama. My dog enjoys his visits.

Everything is great. One thing i can recommend is upgrading/updating the login for your cameras. Very frustrating using the software to observe and then login to Tucker’s suite. Never even got the login to work and it’s near impossible to use on your phone

This is the BEST place I could’ve put my dog over Christmas. My dog has some dog aggression and severe separation anxiety due to a troubled past, so I was very concerned about having to leave him for 10 days, but the Pooch Hotel was absolutely amazing! They listened to all of my concerns and made sure he felt loved and cared for while he was there. They even sent me email updates of him with pictures every other day! I won’t go any where else if I need to board my dog!!!
