My pups seemed content and happy in the play rooms when i visited the site. At pickup they were happy to see me but not stressed. Wish i was able to see them in their “hotel room”.

Kept in touch along the way. Offered cuddle Time and PB Kong. Assumed extra price there but none was mentioned. Observed Buddy on cam which i loved. He seemed very happy second day. Didn’t realize i would be charged full rate when I picked him up at 10 PM next day. The woman quoted me one price and I said when i would pick him up. Then the extra charge when I picked him up. Not sure I will bring BUddy back to Pooch. 121 is a bit steep For an overnight stay.
I recommend Pooch Hotel for any dog owner who has any worries about boarding their pup. They are a five star Hotel for your dog. We had a slight issue with the 24hr cam but they quickly helped remedy the situation. Great staff and place.
