We and our Irish setter love Pooch. I am completely confident in the professionalism and care of their staff. I would unreservedly recommend Pooch Hotel to any dog owner. They were great at giving our puppy a time out when he was getting overly rambunctious. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Pooch Hotel is. Very quick efficient check in I appreciated the update and picture Price is reasonable. Only complaint is that I requested a bath which he did not receive. The guy said it was not indicated in his paperwork.

I was very nervous about sending my dog to a new daycare after she had been a regular at another one. The team at Pooch Hotel was so helpful in getting our trial day set up and was really patient about answering all of my questions. When I picked up my dog after her trial day, there was a lovely note written about her time there. My dog Maddie stayed for a week while I was out of the country. I received two separate emails with pictures that made me smile! I like the staff and the environment. Maddie seems to have a good time
