I was pleased to get my dog boarded with Pooch Hotel during the holidays. Even with a standard boarding package they give you access to the play room cameras which makes you feel closer to your pet while you’re away. I received an email nearly every day during my dog’s stay updating me and sending photos. Even with many dogs in the playroom there are never any fights, and the dogs are always attended. They are so professional and helpful and I will definitely choose Pooch Hotel in the future for boarding/daycare.

Our puppy, Poppy, absolutely loves coming to day care at the Pooch Hotel, and we love it because she is so happy. I tell everyone that they should bring their dog to your “hotel”. Pooch hotel takes great care of my dog. They send pictures in emails and even keep a food log in case we have questions about how much she ate. They are attentive and my dog is always a happy (and tired) pooch when she gets home. I'd recommend them to any pet owner.

I was very nervous to boarding our Royal Poodle for a first time for one week. We was looking everywhere in Chicago for a good place and finally found Pooch !!! Our Poodle name's Archie, 1 year old. Very energetic and calm. With some food restrictions. But, everything is went smoothly! Archie's now home and very happy about new experience. His parents, Lyuda and Alexei, very happy too. I have been taking my dogs to Pooch for over 10 years. My first dog Buddy, and now Max, are always excited when I drop them off for daycare or boarding in one of the beautiful suites. The facilities are spacious and clean. The entire staff is attentive, pleasant and truly do ‘Love Dogs’. Pooch is my go to daycare and boarding spot in Chicago.

My yellow lab, Delilah, has been coming to pooch for 11 years now and she loves it. They take great care of her and the staff is great.
