Excellent care for our high strung nervous pooch. Staff called with concerns during his stay and provided feedback about his behavior. Staff is kind and caring. If you need to board your dog, I recommend PH.

We have taken our dogs to Pooch Hotel for a number of years now and we are very pleased with the service we receive and the care our dogs have received. Our recent puppy, Guinness, is a year and a half old and enjoys his stays there. He always comes home happy and clean! We use the grooming services before picking him up. My furry child and I absolutely love everyone and everything about the Pooch Hotel! We were one of the very first guests in September, 2012. My puppy was only 6 months old and I worked 3 days a week. He went to daycare every day I worked for at least a year and has been going to spend the night every now and then ever since. He also stays when I go out of town.
