Love that pooch hotel always has someone on property. We were able to pickup our dogs at 1am, after our flight landed. Also we were able to watch our dog on webcam.

So pleased that you all took such great care of our GSD. I was really worried about boarding him due to his temperament and separation anxiety. My “boys” do really well at the Pooch Hotel. They both benefit from the play times, they are well fed and medicated on schedule, and seem to know and recognize all the staff there. It’s a godsend to have a place where I know my fur babies are well cared for, and safe and sound when I have to go out of town
