We have used this Pooch Hotel a few times and they have all been positive. Lulu (our dog) enjoys the time spent there and the staff is always friendly, and Lulu seems happy. Will use again and recommend it as well.
Boomer has enjoyed making new friends at daycare and I enjoy being able to check on him throughout the day. The staff is amazing and truly cares about each and every dog which gives me a good feeling when I drop my boy off in the mornings.

Overall, Ivy & Guinness seemed to enjoy their time at Pooch Hotel playing & then getting their spa baths. And we’re planning to begin coming more often as well as using them to board whenever I have to travel for surgery.
Mozart has been coming to Pooch for probably around 2 years. He can hardly wait to get out of the car when I pull up to go inside and play with his puppy friends and when I pick him up he's just as happy to see me for sure he enjoys all the time that he gets to spend with his furry friends at pooch and his people friends.
My dogs are happy when I pick them up from being boarded. They do not seem stressed like they have at other places. Very pleased with the service!
