Would give zero stars if I could. I know times are weird but I called ahead to schedule a puppy play appointment on Saturday 8/22/20. Online services are available but I even called in and talked to someone to schedule the appointment and ensure it was a sure thing. All I needed to do was show up & bring proof of vaccines. Well the trainer didn't even show on his usual schedule. No other dogs were booked, because trainer was not attending. DO NOT leave your dog here. I left my dog here for a trial run for day care. Everything seemed great but when I picked her up that night, I asked them to let me upstairs where the dogs are kept so I could see her in her little room. They said they normally don't do after hour tours but let me up. My dog was sleeping on the concrete floor without any bed or blanket. They told me it's because she peed on hers so they had to wash it. They dont have an extra bed they can give her? She's a 9 year old dog who shouldn't be sleeping... read more
