Left my dogs here for a weekend and was very happy with the experience. You can really tell that the trainers here care about the animals. I upgraded the night stay to their deluxe room and was able to monitor my dogs through a webcam and feed them treats. Wonderful experience overall.

I took my dog Sparky in for a haircut today and was so pleased with the result. The staff and groomer were so kind and professional. Sparky looks great. Their prices are very reasonable and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Wag Hotels.

This place rocks! My boy was abused as a little puppy and he was petrified of people when I adopted him. When I would leave him in the beginning, he would shake and cling to me. I am both happy and sad to report that he now bounds out of the car to race to the door, he greets all of the people who work there who also know him by name and then runs to the play room. We took our sweet Walter to Wag Hotels right before the Christmas holiday, for we were going on a weekend trip. We had never put him in daycare or a doggy hotel before, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. Whenever we picked up Walter, you could tell that he had a blast. He was running around and giving all of the employees kisses as we were leaving and everyone in the office was so kind. We love the Wag Hotel. The staff is always friendly and happy to see our boy Bear. He is always happy and tired from playing when he comes home. We have found some other West Side doggy daycare places to be a little aloof. These folks are just great dog lovers ready to have a good time with the pups. We're very happy and so is Bear. It's nice to have a place you can trust to treat your dog like family!

Finding Wag Hotel in West LA has been a blessing for us! We tried 3 different daycares for our pup, who has lots of energy, severe separation anxiety and needs a little extra love. Other places were just ok...until we found Wag. Wow, what a difference! The facility is 5 stars, the staff is extremely friendly and very clearly loves our dog . Our little Frenchie Captain goes to the Wag Hotel in Carson/South Bay 1-2 month for boarding and we LOVE the staff and facilities. I never have to worry about my little guy when he is there. The staff if so accommodating, loving and helpful! They follow all our directions and put up with my paranoia about my little fur baby! The facilities are so clean and so well maintained. Highly recommend this company and location! Follow up: the staff member Mike is amazing!!!

Our do goes to this daycare everyday and were so happy with the staff. The trainer Briana is really great at what she does. IO loves his hotel
