We LOVE the staff at this WAG location. Our adopted pup was previously abused at his first home, which left him with an amputated back leg. Our little pup was severely nervous and scared of EVERYTHING, due to his previous trauma. But the WAG staff have been so kind, loving and gentle towards Pinot. Our little pup now loves going to daycare. The staff gave Pinot the confidence he needed to help him get over his fears. We love this place! First time for our puppy. Great prices. She had a great time and the bath, etc, was the best! This is the place fOr us. More like a hotel than a kennel.

The Wag team is friendly and always happy to see Dune. They take good care of him, whether at All Day Play or overnight boarding. He comes home exhausted from running around and socializing with other dogs, which is great for us!

The only good thing about leaving my puppy is knowing he is going to be with people (and dogs) who love him! My puppy is handful and the people at Wag Hotels are incredibly helpful, nice and make you feel totally confident in leaving you dog for the day or even longer.

My dog has been coming to Wag for over 3 years and I'm reasonably confident he prefers them over me at this point. And why wouldn't he? Warm, friendly, playful staff who greet him with love each morning when I drop him off. A pack of little doggies to romp about with and do doggie things with from dawn til dusk. We love wag! I've been taking my golden retriever to Wag for over a year for daycare and to board when I go out of town. She has the best time and I know she is safe and in good hands when I drop her off. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The facilities are great - new and clean, the play area is massive, and the individual rooms for boarding are spacious. They have a ton of options to spoil your pup and always have fun activities going on. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dogs to Wag, for all day play weekly and for boarding on an occasional basis, as long as they have been in this location. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And they seem to genuinely care for my pups. When they spotted my dogs on local TV during the recent Getty fire, they reached out and said if we needed to board them for a few days (rather than stay in a shelter), they would be happy to welcome them for up to 7 days at no charge. The West LA Wag Hotel has all the fun stuff for you and your pooch, including themed camps, spa treatments and luxe suites. But the reason we bring our pup here, and have continued to do so for over two years, is the loving attention she gets from the amazing staff. I've been taking my 12 pound chihuahua/min pin to Wag Hotels since May 2019 when I switched from another place. The staff is very nice. professional and sweet to my dog. My dog is excited when we arrive and she has stayed overnight for boarding on many occasions and used the daycare. I like that there is a camera in the daycare play area so you can check-in on your dog. It's also helpful you can pickup at anytime of the day/night. Thank you!
