Our two dogs needed socialization with other dogs. We took them for daycare and they had an amazing time. They were so excited to go back. The place is very friendly and the staff excellent. We plan on taking them once a week so that they get the exercise, fun and opportunity to hang with others.

I was so nervous dropping our pups off (it was literally just for a night and I cried 5 minutes after dropping them off) but the fact I was able to watch them on the cam in their room was so reassuring to me considering how sad I was having to leave them. Wag made everything super easy, to dropping them off to picking them up to me calling every few hours to ask them to do things. I am a crazy pup mom and they made it so easy. We adopted our pup Neptune when she was 3 months old back in January. She's now 10 months, and she's incredibly high-energy but an absolute sweetheart. Wag Hotel is the only place we will ever take her for daycare and boarding. I was REALLY hesitant and nervous at first, because my pup has pretty severe separation anxiety and of course, like every other crazy dog mom, I just wanted to know she was going to be taken care of. Worth every penny and then some. I was so nervous to leave my 11 year old rescue; Biscuit. The patience, knowledge and professional demeanor of every staff member put my fears to rest. When I returned from my weekend trip, Biscuit looked like she spent the weekend at a spa. She was happy, energetic and freshly groomed. I just can't say enough about the care we both received. Shawna & Briana and the rest of the staff are amazing at Wag Hotels! The facility is super clean and the web cams are the best!!!! I can call anytime to see how my babies Tyson and Minka are doing. I really appreciate the care and attention the staff has with them. I've tried other facilities in the area but I've been consistently impressed with the services of Wag Hotel.

Want to hear a funny story with a happy ending? I ran my own dog rescue in Miami for 10+ years before I moved to LA 3 years ago. I moved here with my 17 year old Sparky, and then adopted 5 year old Noel after the 2016 election. So when I began looking for boarding during my out of town trip, I asked around. We started taking our dog to Wag Hotel recently and love it! The staff are friendly, and they have cameras in their all day play so you can check in on your pup from the office.

So glad I found Wag Hotels! My dog was not loved at his previous dog daycare, even though he is the sweetest and nicest pup. (He loves all dogs and people.) We needed a place that actually loves dogs! Wag is clean, well-designed, cares about its dogs' wellbeing, and even offers solutions & adaptations when the dogs are slightly misbehaving (read: light training or moving to 1-hour play groups if playing too roughly).
