amazing Out daughter had a dental emergency (abscess tooth) and our dentist we were using was horrible with her so I got in touch with wake pediatric dentistry in Garner and they were fantastic with her and got us in right away with no question! Awesome Staff for sure!! Switched to them immediately no hesitation. Thanks so much for being so great!!

Great with children! The Garner office is great! Everyone is very pleasant and makes children feel right at home. My 4 year old loves to go to the dentist and I couldn't ask for anything more!!
Excellent experience!! My son was really nervous, and he felt so good about it by the time his procedure was done! Everyone that helped made him feel so good and comfortable, and I was soo very pleased :)
Worked us in same day My daughter had a tooth bothering her. I called in the morning and asked if she could come in the afternoon because she had testing at school in the morning. They worked us in at 12 noon, took us back 10 minutes early, and we were out by 12:20. This included an xray. Dr. Pretzer and all the staff are wonderful! We have been coming here for about 8 years now. All the dentists are great, and we see the orthodontists, too.
Great Staff! Staff is very patient and understanding. They do a great job explaining necessary dental work.

Professionalism Dr pretzer is awesome, He is the reason why I drive to this practice . He is out of my network but willing to work with me . Truly love his professionalism and caring for his patients my kids love love , he make them feel welcome and at home .
