RecommendedI had to bring my boy Thor in a few nights ago for emergency treatment. He can be quite reactive and very nervous when going to the Vet. It is very stressful for him. As a Holistic Canine trainer I am very particular about who I go to for treatment of my pups. I was extremely impressed with Dr Gregory Hartman’s bedside manner as well as his knowledge. Thor actually seemed to like him. Lol We had to go back again 2 nights later and Dr Gregory was so wonderful with Thor. I would highly recommend him and Wake Vet.
RecommendedHighly recommend!!!! I was in need of an emergency Vet for my pregnant Pug who went into labor early and wasn’t progressing when pushing. They were super sweet and reassuring and made me feel comfortable and safe. My precious girl gave birth to 4 sweet pups thanks to them and all are home safe 🙌🏻 Couldn’t thank them enough! Also there were 6 other places that couldn’t see my girl in an emergency and I was in panic. Worth the drive for me!
RecommendedWe were in NC for my son's funeral when my dog was hurt by another dog. Tammy, was so understanding and wonderful. She will forever be in my heart. They saw us quickly and my baby girl is now on the mend. Tammy, you were truly my angel that night. I cannot thank you enough for your compassion. I will never forget your kindness.

RecommendedI waited in my car for 3 hours at another vet while my dog threw up blood every 20 mins. When they told me it would be another 3 to 4 hours, I left and showed up at Wake Veterinary Hospital very frazzled and exhausted. He threw up once there and they instantly got us a room and took him to be cared for and cleaned up the mess he left in his path while making me feel assured he was getting the help he needed. RecommendedHad to take my 10 year old dog in for emergency care and everyone was very nice. The Vet explained everything so well and we left knowing that Harley was in good hands. We will now actually be switching him and our other dog to the practice for regular care.
