This was Blue's 1st visit and the ENTIRE staff was AWESOME! Being a 1st time pet owner the staff was very understanding that I wasn't very knowledgeable able certain things(I know now). It was very comforting to see the staff truly love animals. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

I was very worried after a past experience with a 24 hr vet.I gave in and went to this location and I was wowed.The timeline was long but what can you expect.The staff was super friendly,caring and informative.It didn’t feel slimy like the last place.I appreciated there time in discussing options and keeping us completely informed.Two thumbs up.
Our little LuLu got into some toxic flowers and they immediately took action to treat her. She is a hairless chihuahua & our sweet girl. I don’t know what we would of done if we had lost her. Thank you Dr Watkins for your outstanding care for our baby 🐾🐾
This is a very busy emergency room for pets and the wait to see a doctor is long, but worth the wait. All labs can be done there, not sent out, so you know right away if there is something wrong, the same with x rays. It is open 24 hours :) 😁
I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care for taking astounding care of Cheeto and making my husband and I feel a little at ease with everything going on. They have been nothing but loving, understanding, fast and efficient. Dr. Hartman and the other night and morning staff literally couldn’t have been anymore great to him and to us. With him being on a feeding tube, they’ve done nothing but answer every little question we have had and not made it seem like a bother to them.... read more
