Got a great check up with both of our kitties yesterday. The staff is so good with all of our fur babies. Very stress free environment.
They do a wonderful job with my dachshund, who has epilepsy. We usually do spend at least a couple hours there when we have an emergency, but any animal with a true emergency is triaged immediately-it’s only the owner that waits. The vets are always candid with giving me the knowledge I need to make decisions and monitor my dog at home. Chase & Molly had their 1st visit and it went great. The staff was very welcoming. Dr. Garner was wonderful and spent a lot of time with them. She didn’t rush us and answered all of our questions. They didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t want. And even suggested eliminating one of the vaccines we usually give them.
The staff here are all so incredibly kind and caring. They took time to really work with me, and my dog, to ensure that all of his needs were met. I felt like they were really thorough in assessing his condition and were wonderful in explaining all that they were needing to do, and answering any and all questions that I had. Anytime a pet is in need of "urgent care" it can be so stressful, and every single staff member I interacted with yesterday did all that they could to alleviate the stress I was feeling.
Thank you to the caring staff at Wake VHUC. I was a total mess the night I brought my girl Little Missy in for Care that was Vital to saving her life and I appreciate all that you did to care for her and Me. Thank you for your Care and I recommend your facility to anyone in need of Super Care for Their Pet. 💯♥️
I have needed their urgent care twice now and each time have been very pleased! The staff is extremely friendly and always upbeat which helps when you’re in a scary situation. They are quick to have your pet seen and treated and I feel that the costs are reasonable. Highly recommend!
My boy Zeus has cardiac issues and isn’t able to be treated by his regular vet for his surgical needs. Wake Veternarian Hospital and Urgent Care has stepped up and taken on the challenge and treated him with love and care. I’m thrilled to have a vet I can trust my boy with. They have all treated him like their own and it makes me feel at ease leaving him with them for his care. I know he’s in great hands.
We love Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care and would highly recommend them. We bring all our fur babies our 193lb. Boxer Pitbull Dash, Frenchies Gabby and Roxy. All have been fixed there and everyone is so professional and truly concerned about the issues of our babies. Love them❤️
