RecommendedI just moved to Knightdale and it was time for my dog’s annual shots and other worries I wanted to discuss. I was kind of dreading how expensive it was going to be or how friendly the staff would be. The moment I walked in the receptionist was super nice and helpful. We had a 12 week old puppy that tested positive for Parvovirus. I really didn’t think she would make it. Every day & night, even with us calling in between to check on her, her progress was improving daily. Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care was fabulous with us and our little baby. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
Needed their services twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times had Dr. Raboin. His compassion for both the animal and owner is unbelievable. The staff is equally terrific. Pricing is very very competitive HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services if you need them
I've been a client since 1995. That's many years and I've never had a need to go elsewhere unless it was beyond the scope of the hospital. I have been through it all with these guys. Currently, my newest Dr. Kristin Raboin & her husband Dr. Shannon Raboin are the dream team for my pets. We have kitties and alot of complex issues as of late. If I could give more than five stars, I would. My husband and I had a beautiful American Bulldog who was diagnosed with cancer in January. We ended up at Wake Vet on a weekend because we needed urgent care for her, and we immediately decided to make them our primary care vet. All of the doctors and staff at Wake Veterinary Hospital were wonderful. You could truly tell that they are passionate about what they do, and gave our girl care like we’ve never seen before. The staff was amazing, before, after and during my dogs impacted intestinal track surgery was harder on my husband and I. They cared for my fur baby with tenderness and love. They did not get frustrated with multiple phone calls not only from me but also my adult daughter living 2000 miles away. They also called us at 2 am to let us know how his surgery was going and again when he woke up, ate, went potty and at 7am on how his night went. He was there for 2 nights. We had to unexpectedly go and be seen as emergency at Wake Vet Urgent Care. I can not think the doctor and staff enough. They are very compassionate and caring for the client and patient. I would highly recommend them if ever needed.
We love both Drs. Raboin. Both are extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I know they care for my fur baby like she is theirs. Prices are very reasonable and the support staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Best vet practice we’ve ever gone to!!
Excellent level of care provided during a middle-of-the-night emergency for our dog. Compassionate care and even called to check on him the next day. Thank you.
