1613 is a great crew! They are always happy and willing to go the extra mile. They don't throw my can around and bring my can up to my garage when they can. I have a 4 year old son who wakes up waiting for them to come by and wave! They always say hi, honk a horn or have even given him a Waste Pro coloring book- which he loved! Thank you for doing an amazing job in the community! We appreciate all the hard, hot, dirty work you do!!

Nestor of truck #1613 waited for me to come out and talk to him about my damaged trash bin pickup. He didn’t know he was suppose to put it in the truck. I had several communications over 3 weeks via email and phone calls with office staff Brandie, who is also always nice and respectful. Must’ve been a miscommunication with the field supervisor. Nestor was super nice and asked me about my service which has always been wonderful. Thanks, y’all!
