Carmen, Debbie, and Brandy—my WastePro team—are absolute gems. They’re always there, handling issues with skill and a smile, making every interaction a breeze. We have used waste pro for a 2 yard weekly dumpster pickup for nearly 3 yrs. We travel often and are gone for months at a time so we occasionally pay for 2 months at a time. I paid the bill this week after noticing that no pickup was made. At the time I requested a pickup for the following day and was told no problem. No ever came to pick up. Unfortunately, my experience hasn't been the best. It was a change between companies, and I haven't received service in two weeks. I call on the days I'm supposed to be scheduled, and it's always a new excuse. Not even the supervisors have taken any action on the matter.

EDIT- I called the company back and spoke with Tia. She was very apologetic and assured me they would come get my trash today. In the end, the supervisor came to personally pick up my trash. Changing my review to 4 stars since they corrected the issue. Thank you for taking care of me, Tia! So far, not so good. Today is Friday. I just signed up with them this past Monday. Today my trash wasn’t picked up. When I called in they told me my trash was not at the property line. We have had service for exactly one week and are already have problems. They picked up from the spot it was last week and when I said that they claimed it was a “courtesy” but didnt tell us that. Our property line is clearly marked with fence posts which are behind where the cans are.
