Nestor of truck #1613 waited for me to come out and talk to him about my damaged trash bin pickup. He didn’t know he was suppose to put it in the truck. I had several communications over 3 weeks via email and phone calls with office staff Brandie, who is also always nice and respectful. Must’ve been a miscommunication with the field supervisor. Nestor was super nice and asked me about my service which has always been wonderful. Thanks, y’all!

Curtis and nisko in truck 13108 are absolutely amazing!! We don’t even get serviced but every time they pass my house they wave, honk and bring my girls treats!
