This is the third time they have forgotten or didn’t pick up at my residence. Garbage was out night before every time and I’ve had to call and they come out the next day. I live in an hoa community and they are strict…this is sad and getting ridiculous!

This is the second time this week my trash has not been picked up. I didnt get a renewal letter, and let it lapse... i have since paid my account, and watched as the truck drives by but still charge me for it..... Im getting really sick of this company....

If I could rate the crew that picks up our trash separately, I'd give them 6 stars if possible. As far as the online portion goes, Waste Pro overpaid the individual who wrote the code. I have to reset my password every time I want to login, and if I have to log back in for any reason, that password is no longer valid. PLEASE fix this issue that I have been voicing for almost a year now. I can't be the only one frustrated enough to switch trash services at this point.

I tried contacting customer service and it was the worst. I spoke with three different female agents, and all of them had an arrogant attitude, as if they owned the company. All my neighbors in Ocala had told me that the customer service is terrible, which is why none of them use this company. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, they lied, saying there was no one else available, but if you call back, there are three more people. Everywhere i am left with some trash not collected. I was told cans to heavy so I put trash in bags. And they left half of them. I call the office and they said they will collect it all. We will see tomorrow morning.
