Worst Company ever my garbage men are amazing the office staff blows. I put my Trash out Tuesday by the rd well the whole neighbor hood did. No pick up so trash is still sitting by the rd. So my neighbor calls to tell me they are no longer picking up unless you have the can for the arm truck. So a whole block of people have trash by the rd. Any time i have called its been rude nasty lazy people who you bother when calling. Never one in all the years I've had them have they ever given me any information on a holiday schedule.... read more

Simple review customer service horrible how do you pay for service and get treated like absolute garbage? do not recommend people with us that why their price are cheap because they horrible company with no professionalism every time you call there’s never a supervisor that you could talk to the women that answer the phone, very disrespectful and unprofessional. If it was my company, I would fire all of them. They scream on the phone they disrespect you and they curse.

I have called them numerous times because they keep forgetting to pick up my garbage, today I called again they said they would speak to the supervisor and call me back and they never did ..this company is so unprofessional

This is the third time they have forgotten or didn’t pick up at my residence. Garbage was out night before every time and I’ve had to call and they come out the next day. I live in an hoa community and they are strict…this is sad and getting ridiculous!

This is the second time this week my trash has not been picked up. I didnt get a renewal letter, and let it lapse... i have since paid my account, and watched as the truck drives by but still charge me for it..... Im getting really sick of this company....

If I could rate the crew that picks up our trash separately, I'd give them 6 stars if possible. As far as the online portion goes, Waste Pro overpaid the individual who wrote the code. I have to reset my password every time I want to login, and if I have to log back in for any reason, that password is no longer valid. PLEASE fix this issue that I have been voicing for almost a year now. I can't be the only one frustrated enough to switch trash services at this point.
