The driver Isaiah on truck 1613 does an amazing job he always go and extra mile with getting my garbage on trash day he even gets out to help the helpers. he also has a awesome help make which goes by the name, James which does an amazing job also

Extremely Disappointed With Waste Pro Garbage Service At the end of August, a Waste Pro salesman came through our area offering residential garbage service. We signed up and were told we would receive two garbage cans and three months of free service. Recently started service with waste Pro and my trash has yet to be picked up. It is by the road ready with no pick up and when I call the give more excuses
The truck shows up, I bring my can down as soon as they pull up. I made eye contact with everyone grabbing trash I waited there next to my car and they looked at me and purposely skipped my house. Come pick up my trash today and I'll remove this.

Been with them for 2 weeks. Had my trash picked up 1 time and only when I complained. Here it is Saturday morning after the holiday weekend and the WP truck just drives by my house. I was told I would get a can but nope don't have one of them either. Not sure if the office is not telling the drivers or the drivers don't give a rats ass but here we go again trying to get my trash picked up.

It should be 0 stars as I was run off the road by a driver, when I called the office, I was hung up on 2 times, left on hold for 20 min then hung up on. When I finally got to talk to some one they told me that there was no manager on duty, will not give a contact number for someone I could talk to, keep telling me that they didn’t know what to do or who to contact.
