It started out great as I looked into replacing a 15 year old water heater that was making increasingly louder banging sounds back in the fall of 2022. A rep reached out right away with a phone call and had gathered details from me over the phone and after I sent him some photos. Our water heater quit on Saturday. It turned out we need a special short model in replacement. I found Water Heaters Now through Home Advisors. Nate was extremely knowledgeable and patient going through our options and we were able to get an installation done today, after being without hot water for 4 days.
