My hot water heater started leaking on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I got a same day quote from another company to replace the water heater and associated venting to bring it up to code for over $6k (Rheem 40gal PowerVent). On Sunday I got another quote for the same job for over $4k. I waited for Water Heaters Now on Tuesday and they quoted me $2700 over the phone after texting some pics (in addition to filing a rebate with my energy company) for install, removal, and replacing venting to bring it up to code. The Two technicians were here at 7;30 AM as planned and installed and cleaned up the area and gone by 9:30 am. They showed me how to take care of the water heater in the future and were very helpful. I would like to say they very trustworthy. Kudos to both of them. David Martin - homeowner.

Jake spent about 4 hours installing a hot water heater, replacing a corroded pipe joint, and installing my new kitchen faucet. He worked hard and did a great job!
