On time, professional. Very good communication skills with regards to operation of heater. Very clean and neat. Didn't need to clean up after. Very nice and friendly people.

Gave us an honest quote from the start. We did not have any hot water. They came out next morning. Aidan was super nice. He was careful with our floors etc. Wore booties over shoes. Aidan and Jon are both a class act. Highly recommend Water Heaters Now. Couldn?t be happier.
