Thank you Amos 06/17/2025 I want to thank Amos from the Maintenace staff for his repair work on my apartment. He was very informative about the problem and what he was going to do to repair it. Ed and Karen has always been there to answer any concerns and help I might need . It is always good to know you can rely on people like Amos Ed and Karen in time of need.Tom Stretch

love it here! I just moved in early this month to a 1bed 1bath and the staff has been great! They are very accommodating and nice. They are always available when I need them and maintenance has taken care of whatever I need! The location is amazing and close to everything you need. The grounds are beautiful and homey and the apartments are very spacious. I love the pool on site and all the other amenities. Very satisfied so far with Waterford downs!
Fantastic Service! Waterford Downs' service is fantastic! I was having a leaky faucet issue, and as soon as I called, they sent someone over right away to fix it. Speaking of, Joe was my maintenance man and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional and completely fixed the sink to perfection in a short time! I couldn't recommend more.
Excellent Karen is amazing when we went for our viewing she heard us out on what we were looking for and had asked us about our preferences. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She made finding our future home fast and efficient, she also gave us exactly what we were looking for. LOVING LIVING AT WATERFORD DOWNS!!!!! I am absolutely THRILLED with our whole new staff!!!! I've been here for years and have went thru at least 3 different Management Companies and this is BY FAR the BEST one yet! Lauren is one of the friendliest, most sincere individuals I have ever met!!! A cut above the rest! I visited the property this week and the Leasing Agent was more than accommodating. He was knowledgeable, courteous and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The office manager took time away from a meeting to greet me personally. Great Location, Attentive Staff I moved to St Louis area 6 months ago looking for a central location and easy access to airport because I travel for business 2 weeks out of the month. I have been very pleased with Waterford Court and appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff. Horrible treatment towards tenants I moved in 3 months ago and it has been the worst 3 months of renting I’ve ever had to deal with. They will not respond to email/calls. They have a bug problem. Multiple issues wrong with every apartment that they won’t fix.
