I had an issue with my garbage disposal leaking. I put in a service request and waited for a month. Once I called the office they had Andrei come down the same day. He quickly identified and fixed the issue. He did a great job communicating and cleaning up after fixing it.
I've lived here for the past almost year, and it's a great place, with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy my unit, and have had no problems with neighbors. I've never had to search for a parking spot, and enjoy being within walking distance of two grocery stores and a couple of fast food places. I would be staying longer if I didn't have move out of state for employment and family reasons.
Andre serviced our apt and left a detailed note behind describing what he did. They have a great maintenance team.
The insulation in the apartments could be better ( could hear some noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors) however the apartment is clean and has updated flooring and appliances. Also, Maintenance is quick and very responsive. since we moved in Randall has been helpful and fix any repairs that we have. Randall made our stay here great thank you
Andre did an excellent job checking my filter and painting my apartment that had experience from a roof leak.
Had leaky sink. Andre Irby replaced the sink and did an excellent job while being professional and answering all of my questions. He was great.
I submitted a maintenance request a few hours ago and didn't expect to have the issue resolved so fast! Randall was great! He arrived within an hour of my request and handled my issue within a few minutes, and I am very grateful! Big shoutout to him and his exceptional service this morning.

Waterford Downs is a very good place to live, for many reasons. First of all location, location, location. Also, the staff headed by Ed and Karen are fantastic to deal with. Good communicators and always ready to answer questions and help when needed. I would whole-heartedly recommend Waterford Downs as your next place to live!

Amos did a fantastic job helping repair some plumbing/drainage issues in my apartment. He was in and out quickly, made minimal noise (I was on a WFH conference call) and was able to get the issues resolved!
