I have never had bugs in my lifetime until moving here. I could not get rid of them, and neither could maintenance. Absolutely disgusting!

My review is 100% accurate . It was what I actually experienced. And the main problem was how all communication was cut off between me and anyone from the property management company. When I talked to Ed's manager, she was very surprised to hear about many of the circumstances I had to deal with while living here. And this was after I was told that a lot of my issues would bubble up to higher level management. We had to make additional repairs once the siding was removed which delayed completion of the project. Lived here for about 4 years, they often told me I was one of their FAVORITE tenants because I pay on time and don't cause trouble. THE SECOND I declared my intent to move out I was dealing with a COMPLETELY different beast. They have made moving out an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and treated me like a degenerate a*shole every step of the way. There is a TON of great housing in this area of Olive/Creve Coeur- and they won't try to shit on you for moving out. Avoid any dealings with Ed in the Leasing Office. The older lady who works in the office is extremely unwelcoming and rude. Didn't offer us floor plans or pricing, all she stated first thing was "we have no intention available to tour. sorry" and went back to the office. HORRIBLE way to greet your possible future tenants. We crossed Waterford Downs off our list and moved onto another place. Many residents have told me that the walls are rotting and they have a bug infestation.

I am sure I was profiled when I walked into the leasing office. The first question was what was my price limit, $1500, I was immediately told that their 2 bedrooms rented for way more than that. This was false since all of the listings on the website that day before I came in were 200 or more less. Then I was asked where I worked and how much I made. Piss poor management that does NOT care about the paying customers once the contract is signed. They don't even accommodate you as a paying customer. Paper thing walls so you can hear EVERYTHING outside of the window. Noisy and cannot sleep because these idiot managers moved a bunch of fucking night owls next to me. I'm typing this at 2am because I was woken up AGAIN you you're fucking right I'm angry. Slow as hell follow-up with maintenance. Definitely don't recommend this property. When I first moved here this place was great. It was cheap, there was a washer and dryer in each unit, the management was friendly, and the location was excellent. Even though the construction of the place was pretty shoddy, who cared so long as the management patched things up ok? Skip 3 years later and the complex is in need of a serious overhaul. Retaining walls are rotting, concrete steps are crumbling, ceilings are leaking (we were on the freaking 2nd floor in a 3 floor building too) ... I don't know but the strateg... read more
