Waterford Downs has been an admirable living experience for me these past 6 months. Ed and Karen in the Leasing Office are phenomenal individuals. They are greatly attentive to their tenants, possess a notable memory of what individuals or families inhibits what apartment, and are conscientious of making sure problems that arise (if any) get resolved promptly. I wanted to thank Keith, maintenance technician, for responding quickly to our maintenance ticket. He was here the following morning and fixed the issue in record timing. I have lived here for a little more than a month and I think it is a wonderful place to live! Karen in the leasing office has always been so kind and helpful and I have had a great experience with the maintenance staff Keith who has fixed all of my maintenance issues in a timely manner and has been so nice each time. I am glad I chose this apartment to be my first home in St. Louis. Thank you!!

Beautiful apartments and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Maintenance is always quick to get things fixed and Matt was great in helping get fixes by coming back a few days in a row until everything was done!

Very friendly. Excellent response for the few maintenance items and they were fixed properly. We had a 1 bedroom and it was very roomy. I also appreciated the spacious pantry. All in all, great apartment for the price!

My garbage disposal busted, causing water to run out the bottom and into the cabinet below. I submitted a service request to have maintenance look at it, and within 10 minutes of submitting Joe Rodgers appeared ready to repair. I practically blinked my eye and Joe had taken the old garbage disposal out and replaced it, showing that it was fully operation and solved the problem. This is exceptional service and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you again, Joe!
We moved in last month and at first I was not impressed. They had hired someone to clean who had apparently done nothing (it was their first time using that cleaner). I told them I'd rather clean it myself than rely on whoever they hired, and they respected that. Since then, though, they've been extra accommodating! Maintenance requests are resolved promptly, and in the last week they've even helped with things outside their scope. I loved living here! I just moved after four years and I am so sad to leave! The location is great and I searched all over for a better value but couldn't find one. They have underground parking (a rare find) that is very affordable. The apartments have a unique layout that make them feel very homelike unlike most apartments which are "shotgun" style. My husband and I lived in Waterford Downs for over three years and have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The management is great, maintenance is kind and always quick to respond to any issues, the complex is clean and well-maintained with a great location. The area is safe -- I routinely run around Creve Coeur from our apartment, we walk to Dierbergs' and Trader Joes, and have never had any issues with our neighbors.
