Waterford Downs is a very good place to live, for many reasons. First of all location, location, location. Also, the staff headed by Ed and Karen are fantastic to deal with. Good communicators and always ready to answer questions and help when needed. I would whole-heartedly recommend Waterford Downs as your next place to live!

Amos did a fantastic job helping repair some plumbing/drainage issues in my apartment. He was in and out quickly, made minimal noise (I was on a WFH conference call) and was able to get the issues resolved!
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and truly enjoy my apartment, the location, and amenities provided to residents. Recently I had noticed that the hot water was running out quicker than normal. I put in for a service request and Robert was at my door minutes later to check the hot water heater. He explained he was going to replace the heating element and we'll see if that fixes the issue. He was very polite, friendly, and a quick worker. I am very pleased how everything was handled today. As always any issue I have with my apartment Robert Eyre, takes care of it. My sink was not draining properly but accommodations were made in fixing. Thanks!
Pros: convenient location, maintenance (Amos in particular) has been very helpful Cons: have to agree with what others have said about issues related to construction, hopefully mostly wrapped up by now
Waterford Downs has been an admirable living experience for me these past 6 months. Ed and Karen in the Leasing Office are phenomenal individuals. They are greatly attentive to their tenants, possess a notable memory of what individuals or families inhibits what apartment, and are conscientious of making sure problems that arise (if any) get resolved promptly. I wanted to thank Keith, maintenance technician, for responding quickly to our maintenance ticket. He was here the following morning and fixed the issue in record timing. I have lived here for a little more than a month and I think it is a wonderful place to live! Karen in the leasing office has always been so kind and helpful and I have had a great experience with the maintenance staff Keith who has fixed all of my maintenance issues in a timely manner and has been so nice each time. I am glad I chose this apartment to be my first home in St. Louis. Thank you!!

Beautiful apartments and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Maintenance is always quick to get things fixed and Matt was great in helping get fixes by coming back a few days in a row until everything was done!
