The older lady who works in the office is extremely unwelcoming and rude. Didn't offer us floor plans or pricing, all she stated first thing was "we have no intention available to tour. sorry" and went back to the office. HORRIBLE way to greet your possible future tenants. We crossed Waterford Downs off our list and moved onto another place. Many residents have told me that the walls are rotting and they have a bug infestation.

I am sure I was profiled when I walked into the leasing office. The first question was what was my price limit, $1500, I was immediately told that their 2 bedrooms rented for way more than that. This was false since all of the listings on the website that day before I came in were 200 or more less. Then I was asked where I worked and how much I made. Piss poor management that does NOT care about the paying customers once the contract is signed. They don't even accommodate you as a paying customer. Paper thing walls so you can hear EVERYTHING outside of the window. Noisy and cannot sleep because these idiot managers moved a bunch of fucking night owls next to me. I'm typing this at 2am because I was woken up AGAIN you you're fucking right I'm angry. Slow as hell follow-up with maintenance. Definitely don't recommend this property.
