Verified Renter Recently moved to MI from WI and so glad I chose Waters Edge as my first home. Very anima friendly which I love. Apartments are well maintained and any maintenance issues are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Office ladies are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Waters Edge!

Verified Renter We have loved living at water's Edge the last two years. Staff has been so respondent and communicate through anything we need. Our dogs love the dog park and the space in the apartment. The location is perfect and close to everything. We love the community and how quiet it is here.

Verified Renter Quiet community near endless restaurants and stores. My apartment was in good condition at move in and had been updated with new carpeting. Management and maintenance are very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any issues that arise. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a good price.
