BEST Complex in Lansing! This apartment complex feels like home. The staff is fantastic and ready to assist what ever needs you may have. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion and done right the first time. Having a pool and fitness center is a big perk too! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

Verified Renter This a relatively a smaller community with amenities/features of a larger apartment complex. It is very peaceful and quiet here. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet community-driven housing.

Verified Renter The management has been extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when there was a mix-up with mailbox keys. The maintenance was timely and accommodating as well when we needed immediate response. The cost outweighs the overall lower quality of everything which has not been updated in the apartment, but with an updated apartment, the appliances are great looking and have zero issues. So far we are very happy with the size of the apartment and the apartment community!
Overpriced and getting worse On the plus side, this is a pretty good quality apartment in a very convenient location. Maintenance is quick to deal with issues. Not much noise comes through the walls. It's a good place to own a pet thanks to the sidewalks and dog run, except that some the residents don't abide by the leash rules so watch out if you have a timid dog.
