Great management This is a great apartment for peace-seeking folks. It is my second year here and I am extremely satisfied with the management and on-site property maintenance. Heather and Brittiany have been very receptive and responsive to my needy-needs. The property maintenance workers, Eric and Brian are very proactive and reliable. Even my neighbors are nice!! I have to move out of the state next year and I really hope to find another place like this.
The Staff The staff at Waters Edge is amazing! They take care of any issue in a timely manner and are always so pleasant to speak with. The maintenance man Eric is especially helpful and curtious!
Miss I love where I am now. It's with my mom but I need my own place. It is so peaceful and safe.
Ms I love my apartment. It is peace and safe. But I am ready for a big house.

Verified Renter The community is quiet but I cant wait to move out. Way to expensive. Also, every resident is charged for trash, water, sewer and utilities. Most apartment complexes include at the minimum trash as a free amenity.

Keep looking Fantastic area, but that's about it. When we signed our lease Mary & Haley were working in the office and they were great. That quickly changed and the new manager didn't last. The current office staff is so difficult to work with; for example, they sent our security deposit to our address at Waters Edge, after we moved out?
