Verified Renter Waters Edge has been a lovely community to live in since I moved here over 9 years ago. The community is quiet in the late evenings, and very close to multiple walking areas and parks. Best very important is the fact the management and custodians are easy to talk to and very courteous should I need to consult with them about any issue concerning my apartment or other resident.
