Dr. Gilchrist and staff were excellent with my cat TJ. Ease of appointment scheduling and wait time for visit was exceptional. Price was more than fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Worth the trip from Utica for sure.

I became a client at Waterville last May when my previous clinic closed its doors. The vet I was most comfortable began working at Waterville, so we followed her. I am now wishing I had made the switch sooner. All of the staff there...they're just amazing. The English language does not have enough words to describe my appreciation for this clinic. We would like to thank Dr. Demson and the wonderful staff for the great care of our beautiful corgi, Baylee. Over the past several months Dr. Demson and Baylee created a wonderful bond and we truly appreciate his care and compassion for our sweet boy. Yesterday we had to face the hare reality that it was time for Baylee to pass over. Dr. Demson was there with us in the Final moments making Baylee's passing peaceful and pain free, for that we will be forever grateful
