I have had a few medical emergency situations with one of my elderly dogs the Doctors medical staff and office workers and emergency on call staff are all kind professional I have never been rushed they answered all my questions what a great place and I travel from Rome N.Y. Well worth the drive! I have peace of mind knowing they are just a phone call away!!!
I have had several positive experiences with several of the vets. I have an older dog that has severe arthritis, diabetes, cataracts, and just recently had a mast tumor removed. They have helped me with her in so many ways. They helped her pain, diabetes is under control, and helped her when she was on deaths door. This is only a small story in the big picture but I believe they love animals and really listens to me to come up with a plan I’m comfortable with.
We went for first time 3 weeks ago with sick 1 year old cat. In 3 weeks, we had to put him down due to complications of renal failure. The vets were wonderful and they tried everything they could. Unfortunately, they're not miracle workers, but were certainly knowledgable, kind and understanding. We will be using them for all of our pets in the future. RIP Casper
Waterville vet is great!! The staff is friendly and caring. The doctors are knowledgeable and yet kind... making tough decisions a bit easier to make. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a switch or new vet!! It's worth the longer drive for me!!

Awesome vet. We got our dates mixed up and went on the wrong day. They told us they would see if they could fit us in. They told us they could, and it would be half an hour wait. 15 minutes they called is in. Vet tech Megan was amazing. Dr. Kylie was too!!!
