RecommendedAnnie, my 15 yr. old dog, was having difficulty breathing. The clinic immediately gave her an appointment. She was diagnosed with a heart murmur and the medication has enabled her to become active and happy again. The vet and support staff were very kind, professional and informative. I’m so grateful to them.

After Pam Lee retired we had to find a place that loved our pets like we love them. We’ve had great experiences at Waterville and it was a great choice for us. It’s a caring place and reasonably priced. Yesterday our dog, Brutus had a couple masses removed and while he was down they did his nails for us...complimentary. We take Brutus for spa days at PetSmart and because of COVID we couldn’t get them done. His grow so fast. My husband tried to cut his nails once and got the quick. So, I ended that quick. Our big lab was having huge problems on a Saturday after a possible stroke. They were super busy and still took time and showed care. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The assistants were positive and helpful and working extra hard to accommodate Covid 19 guidelines and safety measures.
