They are so caring and compassionate and your pet comes first every single day. This group of docs and staff make you a priority and are absolutely unmatched to anywhere else I've gone. I won't be going anywhere else!
Dr. Heather Bauer is excellent, especially with my Mia. Whenever we have a problem (and it's quite often, let me tell you) I know I can call the hospital and she will always give me a call right back guiding me on what to do next. Mia is almost 12 years old now and has severe arthritis, chronic dry eye, and also a methicillin resistant infection. Shes been coming here since a puppy. They are currently taking care of our beloved cat Esmeralda, the staff is so kind every time we call, very professional and nice and make us feel as though she is safe. Can't thank the wonderful veterinarians and staff of Waterville Vet Clinic enough for their sweet compassionate care of my black lab Lily today! From talking to Dr. Bauer at 1:30am to the treatment she received today from Dr. Jason to remove porcupine quills and some diabetic help, the service was excellent. It shows that every single person working there truly cares about the animals. Thank you a million!!
