Wonderful, caring staff who cares about their clients, the pets, and people who come. I will only ever go to Waterville Vet for my animals and I always have. They care so much and it shows. They are willing to work with you, do what they can for you and your pet(s), and make everything as smooth as possible. I started bringing my 2 lab mixes to Waterville 6 yrs ago. My experiences with them were always good but it was just the normal get visits!! Well, everything changed at the beginning of Feb. when I noticed my female, Maggie Mae, had a cherry eye...a long story short....6 vet visits since Feb. 2, two surgeries, and a several changes in medication...I couldn't be more pleased with the care, concern, comfort and professionalism that Maggie and I received from everyone!! Had a little emergency with my 7 month old cat. I brought him in as soon as they opened and even without an appointment they saw him in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so sweet and caring and they made my life so much easier!! Definitely won't be going anywhere else but here from now on.

I had a late night holiday emergency with my black lab Molly having a difficult delivery with her 3rd litter of pups . I cannot say enough about the compassion and care they provided. What a wonderful experience we had at a difficult time. We have 6 healthy pups and a happy mom.. Thanks so much to the staff of the Waterville Vet Clinic !.!.!
