I had a late night holiday emergency with my black lab Molly having a difficult delivery with her 3rd litter of pups . I cannot say enough about the compassion and care they provided. What a wonderful experience we had at a difficult time. We have 6 healthy pups and a happy mom.. Thanks so much to the staff of the Waterville Vet Clinic !.!.!

Dr. Demson is one of the most wonderful humans I have ever encountered. After a quick checkup on my dogs skin allergies, we came home from the vet only to have to go right back after getting his tail stuck in the car door. Every single person at the front desk is wonderful. They are truly the friendliest people I've seen at a business, and some of them I know genuinely care about my dog. The techs are amazing, they never once made me feel like I ask too many questions and many of them have comforted me over the past week. I'... read more
