Place treats their customers like trash. All they care about is how much money they can get out of your pockets. Zero compassion and very rude employees. Once they went corporate this place fell apart. Bring your animal somewhere else !!!!

Poor communication extremely poor communication. They think that my dog might have cancer so they wanted to do an ultrasound but they didn’t wanna wait they want to do as soon as possible, so they fit her in they told me I’ll get the results back on Monday or Tuesday. Today is Thursday I called them yesterday and asked them if they had received the results. they told me yes but they’re not allowed to tell me the doctor had to call me and would call me later that evening. I have been coming to this vet for many years and unfortunately I have had horrible experiences the last few times I have come in. I waited over 2 hours in the parking lot-yes they are busy and I understand that but James Gilchrist was extremely rude to me during my appointment and he treated me and my dog very badly. Good luck getting an appointment, even if you are a long-time client. My dog was having kennel cough symptoms for the second time in May. I was told that they didn’t have any appointments, but I could come in and pay the exorbitant emergency fee to be seen DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. They told me to come in immediately, but I still waited in the parking lot for nearly an hour. They would not even examine my dog inside, all they did was listen to her lungs in the parking lot. Would not see my dog in an emergent situation despite being seen here prior to moving. I used to bring all of my dogs here! Unfortunately not anymore! I miss the old Waterville Vet!
