They missed my dogs cancer, and then misdiagnosed another dog that I had. I wouldn't take a rock there.

Joba was a big lovable Rottie who started coming to Waterville as a puppy for over 7 years. He was seen by Dr. Gillcrest many times and has gotten to know the staff well. I called Waterville after my dog had a lot of blood in his stools. They got him right in and my fiance rushed him there. After a personal phone call from the Vet who seen him to reassure me he will be ok and what the plan of action was, he came home with anti diarrhea medication. The worst veterinary clinic in the Utica/Rome area, you guys killed my dog. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
I'm writing this to make people aware of a situation that happened at the Waterville Veterinary Clinic recently. If you've ever loved and been loved by a dog in return, you know a feeling like no other. A close friend of mine took his French Bulldog (the cutest little thing you've ever seen) to get some meds and shots. No big deal, right? Wrong. Bad they will take your dog and not give it back till u pay your Bill in full. If you don't have the money don't go there. I had an emergency and the bill was 240.00. They were going to keep my dog till I paid in full thank god I had someone who helped me out

At the time of Heidi’s emergency visit on July 4th, we examined her thoroughly and found no abnormalities. X-rays were recommended to confirm there was no physical obstruction, agreed upon, and taken. They stressed my dog to the point we had to put him down 3 hours later in Syracuse! Dr that has bad English! All my friends and family we have sent to you will not be returning! He didn't care about anything we said!!!!!! Nice Dr you have there!!!!!!!!
