i have known Dan & Jamie Gilchrist for 26 years. Their work is not just a job or career to them....it is a calling. I trust them.
Charged us over $180 for medication that he didn't need and than charged us the next week $330 to put him down . A cat .. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. Esp. when they said my cat had a small infection last week. Turns out he had a huge mass which was cancer and had to be put down ,after they said the blood work was all great-NOT impressed . Beware , they will rip you off .
Waterville Veterinary Clinic is the only place I have ever taken any of my animals. The entire staff there is great.
Used to be great service at great price. Now its miserable front desk help which does not even pay attention to you, still good Veterinary advice, but WAY TOO OVERPRICED. For 3 shots (Lymes, Rabbies, DAPP) each of my dogs came out to $500 of those shots $200 was for office visits. (2 different occasions 4 weeks apart). Each time they charged me almost $100 for just showing up there, no extra services, they did not even weigh my dogs, just administered shots that was it. Who makes someone wait over an hour in the waiting room when they KNOW they are there to have their dog put down. AWFUL. All my pets were going here. Now NONE of them will be.

Made an appt. for 6 puppies to get their shots and the receptionist was very rude when contacting my daughter in law. The receptionist told her that the puppies didn't have an appt. and that only the mother was to be seen. Why would we bring the puppies in 2 times in 6 weeks only to have just the mother be seen? The mother is fine from what the vet had told us 2 weeks prior. You don't talk to clients and say things like, "It is what it is". No, it isn't, "It is what it is". Nobody says that anymore!

I posted to their page, I posted my review, and I just got raped! $700. For hip xrays -that's right 700 for a Google average of 250-300 for the breed dog I have. Brought in last week thought they could do it then, just to evaluate for 200.00 to set up appointment, the vet evaluating told me 250-300 for xray, "the vet said" he should know, Lo and behold 484.00 later, BHAM - 3 hrs prior to pickup I called, 383.
