I’ve never had an issue with Waterville Vet until now. I’m going to share our latest visits... First, Rosalina, 10 month old corso came in for eye ulcer/laceration. She was immediately and for first time put in a muzzle as the vets now have to come to our car, this is her territory and she did what I imagine some guardian breeds do, bark (probably scarily to most). I can't begin to relate how awesome Waterville Vet Clinic is. Caring, generous, helpful, timely, attentive...everything a pet lover could ever want in a vet!

I was told they are the cheapest and best Vet around , I don't know if they have new owners or what but if you care about money and your dog don't go here.. OK to start off I was really scared and brought my dog in for a Vaginal Prolapse on Feb. 20th , When they looked at her they scared me more and told me she needed to be spayed right away to bring the swelling down so they can get the prolapse back in because it is really bad to be outside of her. How my dogs ashes were delivered to a wrong address is beyond me and how you forgot to put in the footprint for my dog also is amazing after 2 days ago on a phone call the correct address was clarified and also confirmed that the footprint would be in there. Thank you for making a horrible experience all the more worse.

never take your pet here. go to Clinton Pet Vet. fir non corporation owned personal care of your pet. Mary the office manager held my dogs ashes over a credit card dispute after being a 20 year customer. I paid the balance and still refused my dog's ashes. Her response was they got to big to fast. ..ls that the vet you want? Go to Clinton Pet Vet fir personal service.

I brought my cats there for flea treatment, they overcharged me and now its going to take weeks for my refund to come by mail. the cheap flea treatment they used did not work and I got attitude on the phone like she didnt believe me

Very disappointed. I went to the rabies clinic that Waterville held a few weeks ago, with my three almost four month old puppies looking to get them their rabies shots for $7.00. After waiting in line for over 2 hours, I got to the front desk and was “greeted” by one of their LVTs. You could tell she was clearly annoyed that there was still a line of people waiting to have their pets vaccinated, and was short answering any of my questions.
