I have had to use the Urgent Care services here several times recently and have been impressed each time. The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the providers are very knowledgeable and caring. They make sure you understand what the problem is, and how to treat it properly, and that you fully understand what follow up care should be done. We're an out of state company...sent an applicant to this facility for a drug screen. All communications are AI prompted no one answers the phone/ calls back. When you try to contact WellNow Support to try to find out what is going on with drug screen results they DO NOT RESPOND. Save your money and time and find a reputable Urgent Care facility. This place is not ideal and Unreliable. We will NO LONGER be using any more WellNow facilities due to the nature of the way they conduct business. This is not the first experience w... read more

The interdisciplinary team is phenomenal. From the front desk woman that was efficient, pleasant and accommodating to the patient care tech Vera that was knowledgeable of the processes, helpful and kind; to the LPN that drew my labs on the first try and very warm and friendly; to Maly NP that was speedy, asked questions with thoughtfulness and intent, and warm and friendly, this team exuded the exact heart of what healthcare should be and the experience for every patient. My visit to Well Now urgent care on Lyle Avenue in Rochester was wonderful! My caregiver took time with me and summed up what was wrong with me and put me in connection with an orthopedist who saw me the very next day and reviewed my x-rays! Thank you so much Everyone at the office

I have always used this urgent care, and felt well taken care of. Today was much different. There were only 2 patients and they did a tele appointment with me in the office! I saw a doctor on a screen! In the office! With only one other patient there. And there were all kinds of problems with the technology. Then the doctor, did not call in my prescription or send me my work note. I have called the office twice today and all they can do is leave a message for the doctor, since she’s not in the office.
