Hello, I wanted to give a review on this WellNow on Lyell Ave bc I was so impressed from the minute I walked in. great people and very, very helpful. they treated us w respect, kindness and party from the second we walked in. I was unfortunately diagnosed with walking pneumonia and the nurses couldn't have been nice to us. gave me medicine and sent me on my way. very friendly atmosphere which helps when you are so sick. thank you for listening. I had to get a blood draw for a pre-employment screening, and the girl who drew my blood named Lexi, was wonderful. She was kind, compassionate, helped to ease my anxiety,, and took the time to talk with me after drawing my blood. She spent time giving myself/a patient ,real human interaction, which was appreciated. Many times you don't see that nowadays. It seems as though everyone is in a rush and you are just a number. There was some confusion regarding my appointment time, but that could have been an error on the part of my new employer or just a computer glitch. it was not a big deal and I am not complaining about that. I made an appt and got there right on time they saw me immediately. I was in and out of there in 25 min with filling out paper work and getting a chest xray. Everything is included in the fee to visit there so no additional costs to worry about. The staff was friendly and knowledgable as well - even offer snacks! I highly recommend this urgent care!

Urgent care done right. I went today with a Sinus issue and was very impressed with the advice I received. Staff was friendly and advice was spot on. They fill a void. The internet is filled with bogus and biased " Advice ". Good Job Wellnow.

Compared to Dewey location, the staff here seems more human and friendlier. The Dewey location, as soon as you walked in, the staff will flatly tell you in robot voice that there is at least two hour wait or they are not taking patient at the moment. 2 thumps up for the staff at Lyell location.

Went In today and had Three different people I interacted with who were good. I appreciate being taken care of quickly and with good care . I would recommend this place over my drs office and the urgent care in my town any day.

The facility & level of care was exceptional...the nurse & physician were wonderful. I gave only 4 stars because one of the receptionists who was responsible for checking in patients was TERRIBLE. She barked at me that I was late for my testing, without even asking who I was or what I was there for. I was not there for testing but for a problem with my finger. When I told her I was a walk in for another issue, she merely said, "Oh, I thought you were Heather". No apology, nothing. That same person was terribly rude to anot... read more
