From walking in and being helped at the front desk (who was awesome by the wsy) to being seen by the PA, I was extremely impressed how exceptionally kind and knowledgeable they were. Each took their time with me. The nurse who took my vitals and info was very good. She was also very patient and thorough. The PA was just as knowledgeable as patient. Very kind. I am very impressed and thankful to have gone to this facility for their care.

I visited on a Saturday at 7:30 which was a half hour before closing, but the X-ray tech and NP had already left, so I couldn’t be seen. I returned the next day and all was bubble gum and candy!!! The staff was all around outstanding!!! Everyone was friendly and comforting. I would have given a 5 star but the X-ray tech and NP weren’t on site during my first visit. We went to this Urgent Care because of good reviews and were not disappointed. My daughter was very nervous about getting the treatment but from the moment we walked into the place she was happy to see friendly staff, free slushy machine, snacks, game arcade and even got a toy for going through the treatment. Everything went fast and we got answers right away. Everyone in the office was kind and knew their ways with kids. Thank you again for great care.

I recently went to the Wellnow Urgent Care on Lyell Ave and was checked in by Gypsy. She was so kind and friendly and helped me understand the check in process. I did not know that they could take appointments, which is great if you don’t want to wait an exceptionally long time to be seen. I went when it wasn’t busy, however, and was seen right away. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. It's clear that the staff at this location have forgotten what patient care truly means. They treat this job as a 9-5, even if it means lying to sick people about being at max capacity just to clock out on time. Nowhere on the website or in the office does it indicate that they stop accepting walk-ins after a certain time.
