From walking in and being helped at the front desk (who was awesome by the wsy) to being seen by the PA, I was extremely impressed how exceptionally kind and knowledgeable they were. Each took their time with me. The nurse who took my vitals and info was very good. She was also very patient and thorough. The PA was just as knowledgeable as patient. Very kind. I am very impressed and thankful to have gone to this facility for their care.
Right from walking in the door I was greeted and helped with the paperwork. In all my years I've never had that much cooperation. Help understanding things so that I was very comfortable in coming there And that was just the front door. The provider that I dealt with she was extremely friendly very to the point. Made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. Truthfully and personally I've never been more comfortable going to see a doctor as I was that day. Everyone was super nice very helpful and very sufficient, I was in and out in less then 45 minutes and I was a walk in patient. I always go here when I have an issue cuz I just moved to Rochester and am changing primary cares and that’s taking like 6 months because I really have my mind set on a specific primary care. So for this time in limbo I use WellCare and am so grateful for them
