The first time I went into this well now I was floored. I initially called to find out their location, and they happened to be across the street from Wegmans and I just happened to be leaving Wegmans at the time. Simply for the convenience, I drove over and went inside. Greeted immediately by a friendly nurse or tech (she had on scrubs) who checked me in and asked the reason for my visit. EXCELLENT SERVICE and Very CARING STAFF!!!!Went to get Covid19 Antibody test today staff and Nurse and Physician Assistants so very kind and caring! Being nervous about being out with mask ecttt They went above and beyond to get me in and out fast and safely.One of the Best Urgent Care Centers I have been to ......Thank you stay safe!

If I could give negative I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are awful. Once you're "checked in" you must stay in this small lobby, you can't go to your car and wait, which is also an inconvenience to those just there for employment stuff they don't want to be getting sick! The staff is rude and disrespectful. only nice person was the nurse when I finally got called back after 2 hours of waiting ! And I wasn't even sick, it was for employment! AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I have been sitting in the room waiting for the test results for more than 45 minutes and still haven't seen a doctor. I have no idea how long I will be sitting sick. Terrible

Ridiculously long wait. Came in for a simple med cert and waited 1.5 hours to see a provider.

1st off, when you give WellNow your insurance card they do not submit the bill to your insurance company, I just got a bill 6 months later saying I owe $700.00!! I'm a Veteran they do this all the time. I went for a foot injury and got charged 240.00 for the Velcro shoe that was way to big for me didn't wear it because of that then was charged 100.00 strapping ankle & Foot which is the same thing! A total of 340.00 just for that the rest was X-ray, office visit , ace bandage, I'm done going to WellNow.

if there was a zero rating i would give it. My son had an appointment at 12 and waited almost 4 hrs in the room to be seen for a physical he needed for work. This is unacceptable and what is the point of an appointment if they make you wait. It is not like they have life and death emergent patients. They told him an appointment doesn't matter. Never again, i don't recommend this place at all.

WARNING! !!!- if you want to go to health clinic, where you are talk down to and make you feel that you are a burden. If you wanna be treated like trash, this is the place for you. went in a few days ago to get my physical and my PPD done. As soon as I walked in the door I was met with attitude.
