I literally just took my niece to this urgent Care and they wouldn't even see her without an appointment and we tried to explaining that she had 101 fever and they still refused to treat her she is a one-year-old and they refuse care what the is wrong with people
Went in for a Covid test today and the front desk lady was extremely rude and dismissive, didn't even ask if I had insurance just told me the test is out of pocket 230! Went to a different one and was treated like a human!
Waited for hours in a room without being seen or talked to by anyone. Probably not the place to go if you're not feeling well. Also made me sign an "awareness of additional testing cost" form that was blank before being seen so lord knows how much that will cost or what they will test for if I'm ever seen.
