The building and equipment is really great but the staff are very disrespectful and rude. They need more staff that actually care about their customers. Do not recommend going here if you want good customer service. They also have this really loud slushy machine in the waiting room. It is very annoying!!

The manager Amanda was so disrespectful and rude to the employees I feel so bad for them, they were trying to help me with insurance problems and she came up and talked to them in a way I've never seen a manager speak to employees. Thanks to Amanda I will not be visiting wellnow again. I cannot believe they would let there manager disrespect employees like this.

this is an urgent care, but when I walked in there, they told me I needed an appointment. Kinda takes urgent out of the urgent care don't you think?

I went into this clinic with severe pain. I described my symptoms and the nurse at the desk said it sounded like a gallstone. I went to be examined and the nurse practitioner agreed that it sounded like a gallstone. After being further examined and running some tests, a doctor showed up, wouldn't even make eye contact ant said I had a pulled muscle. After being there for over an hour to get a PPD the nurse who did it didn't even give me a band-aid, luckily I carry my own. She walked out with the little bead of blood still forming on my arm. And don't get me started on the fact that they didn't even attempt to run my insurance for my visit and just said insurance doesn't take it. I don't think I'll be coming back to this urgent care.
Joke. This place is a joke had an appointment at 1 wasn't even seen by a nurse until 2 then told I still had 3 other patients in front of me the provider had to see first, let me ask what's the point of making an appointment if I won't be seen for over an hour or two after my appointmen?

Went in for a DOT physical. It was busy and crowned but the service was good and I was processed quickly. The issue came with the billing. I was a self pay and they knew this fact. I was quoted a price for the service and I paid on the spot. Then two weeks later I receive a bill for extra. No explanation as to the price change, I have tried to contact the billing department using the contact info on the bill and they do not respond. Decent service but billing issues continue.
Definitely not going back to this location. I'm a mail carrier and got bit by a dog. Nothing crazy, just a tiny one tooth hole. Got sent here for it to be cleaned up. The 'doctor' insisted I take an antibiotic that I know I'm allergic to. As for the full body itchy rash it causes? "Ya just suck it up." -her words hahaha. So stupid. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Waited over an hour and a half just to get into a room. Then waited over 2 hours just to be seen!!! I understand the short staffed issue going on in the medical field currently, but people have lives and should not have to wait 3 & 1/2 + hours for ONE physical that takes 20 minutes tops to complete!
