Everyone - from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the provider - was so comforting and helpful when I came in with a scare. I was seen and treated very quickly.

I needed an out of town refill and WellNow saved the day! I was a walk in and was expecting a long wait. Fortunately, they weren't busy and I was seen in less than 20 minutes. The provider was kind and got me what I needed. Thanks so much!
The front desk staff I think her name is Jodi, is so friendly. The doctor and staff was nice as well. I made my appointment in advance online which made it easy, I do recommend to do this or you will have a three to four hour wait. I just went in time for my appointment. They did RSV, Covid and Strep test. All testing came back in less than 1 hours.

I've been here twice, once for myself and once To accompany my Husband, and both times were excellent experiences. The front desk is friendly. The facility/waiting area is clean. The waiting area has a slushee machine which my toddler LOVED. Both times We've set up appts online and when we check in they take us RIGHT BACK to be seen by the doc! FANTASTIC!!!!! I've been to this location three different times and I'm have been completely satisfied every visit. They are friendly, helpful and great at what they do! Not to mention, the facility has a touch of fun with the icee machine, tv's in every room and a treasure chest for the kids to pick a treat from at the end of their visit. They show endless patience, knowledge and care. My family and I will only be coming here! Hats off to them for all that they do!
Great service,Super friendly staff, free slushie machine, tv with cartoons on in the room while you wait they even give you the remote, and kids get to pick from the treasure box. So at 7:30 pm we went urgent care off of Gaffney Dr and we got told they would not see anyone else. They closed at 8 and there had only been 2 cars in the parking lot. So went over to Well Now. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm Active duty military and carry insurance on my step children. Back in April 2025 my daughter was running and fell and broke her arm. Her mother took her here, filled out the paperwork with all the insurance information. Fast forward to the middle of August. My step daughter is now living in Hawaii and they received a final notice bill threatening to place the bill in collections. It takes way to long to be seen. There is no music or TV just plain eary quietness, which means they aren't even that busy. The physicians and nurses show no empathy nor does it seem like they even care to help. More so are there for there check. Wrong line of work people
