Brought my family here for a visit including various things. Service was prompt, online process was easy and the doctor and staff were professional and friendly. They listened to each of my concerns and did not judge or treat me with any sort of anything but respect and kindness. Breath of fresh air after the multiple poor visits I’ve experienced at Samaritan ER and while giving birth to my first child.
After waiting in the ER waiting room for 5 hours with no treatment for my pain, we headed to the wellnow. The whole process took about 45 minutes and everyone was so sweet especially Doctor Penn. Very grateful I finally got treated.
I was visiting NY from another State. I walked in without an appountment and was called back quickly. All of the staff were very kind and the PA confirmed my diagnosis and treated me quickly. I highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care.
I was traveling on vacation and had a health issue come up that I was skeptical about resolving to my satisfaction so far away from my healthcare providers. Meade was so kind, patient, and compassionate and put me at ease after getting myself all worked up trying to resolve it with my own providers and insurance company (I forgot my medication at home while away for the week). Very grateful for her and Lonny and their support and kindness.
Walked in today for a cat bite and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and inviting everyone there was, from the receptionists to the nurses and the doctor I saw. Dr. Shah prescribed me antibiotics knowing how quickly cat bites can turn serious and got me in and out! Very nice first ever visit with them, I'd go definitely back to them again if i ever needed to.
