There's no point in making an appointment. You just get put at the back of the walk-in line anyway and all they do is say "Sorry about the wait." Then 2 hours after the appointment time you go back to wait for another hour for something that should take 15 minutes. Now I know why all their appointments were open, because they don't actually pay any attention to a schedule. I'll never come here again if I can help it. 3 hours later and the doctor himself was wonderful
I was at your facility on Friday, December 20th for my 2:00 appointment. Booking an appointment through the website helped to ensure I was seen quickly. Once I checked in, I received great, friendly, and knowledgeable care from everyone including the lady at the front desk, the nurse, and PA. I felt like I was in and out in no time. This is why I prefer going to this urgent care. This kind of care is consistently what I have come to expect for me and my family. Keep up the great work.
Had an appointment at 9:36 which is understandable as approx. Got in a room at 11. Intake nurse was really kind, then Dr. came in, didn't look at my son's finger and just ordered xray. Then 30min later xray tech who was also very kind took him for finger xray. 20min after that the dr came in and just said he was fine. I had to physically ask the physician to even look at my son's finger. We were there for a dislocated finger at wrestling. First of all I scheduled an appointment on line so I didn't have to wait. Was an hour after my appointment before they took me in. Then when the provider came in he told me my ear issue was wax and needed to be flushed. When the nurse came in to flush my ear she looked in the ear and there was no wax. I have no confidence in their ability to diagnose let alone treat. I will be making an appointment with my primary. Would not recommend to anyone
Quick wait. Everyone from the receptionist, to the tech and nurse practitioner was so nice. Would recommend this urgent care to anyone & would return if I needed to go in the future.
