Back on 9-20-2025 I took my grandson (age 6) in. I paid $175 out of pocket and then they tried billing $769. I called them and they said they would put it through self pay but said I'd still owe them $50 because it was a weekend visit. I think that's bs but ok. Next thing I get a bill for $200 so I go online using their little QR code thing to look at it, it says account not found. Their billing is horrible. It is handled outside the USA. They did not bill my primary first and then I got another bill. They did not bill my secondary. I was told they do not automatically bill secondary

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm Active duty military and carry insurance on my step children. Back in April 2025 my daughter was running and fell and broke her arm. Her mother took her here, filled out the paperwork with all the insurance information. Fast forward to the middle of August. My step daughter is now living in Hawaii and they received a final notice bill threatening to place the bill in collections. We call and try to run the insurance over the phone and keep getting told they can't accept it unless Tricare... read more

It takes way to long to be seen. There is no music or TV just plain eary quietness, which means they aren't even that busy. The physicians and nurses show no empathy nor does it seem like they even care to help. More so are there for there check. Wrong line of work people

My 90 year old father went for cold and the Doc would not treat him because of a heart issue. My father has had heart issues for 30 years. My father who has Alzheimer's mentioned his heart. I talked to the doc in the phone and said he wouldn't treat him for his cold because is he had a heart attack tonight the doc would be working at MCDonalds. What could improve? Maybe being seen at the appointment time I scheduled instead of an hour later. We schedule to be seen at that time and expect to be seen at that time.
Was happy about being able to get an appointment and getting right in, however, being shuffled from room to room was not pleasant. THEN...being given a Virtual Dr while I was there? No! That should be MY CHOICE! I told them my symptoms, and read my report after I left and they wrote the complete opposite! Were they even listening? Will NOT be back!

They take a terrible amount of time to see you. You make an appointment the previous day, you get there early, you will out what you need to fill out, and still takes them over 40 mins to get you to see a doctor. Is terrible!!
