My 90 year old father went for cold and the Doc would not treat him because of a heart issue. My father has had heart issues for 30 years. My father who has Alzheimer's mentioned his heart. I talked to the doc in the phone and said he wouldn't treat him for his cold because is he had a heart attack tonight the doc would be working at MCDonalds. What could improve? Maybe being seen at the appointment time I scheduled instead of an hour later. We schedule to be seen at that time and expect to be seen at that time.
Was happy about being able to get an appointment and getting right in, however, being shuffled from room to room was not pleasant. THEN...being given a Virtual Dr while I was there? No! That should be MY CHOICE! I told them my symptoms, and read my report after I left and they wrote the complete opposite! Were they even listening? Will NOT be back!

They take a terrible amount of time to see you. You make an appointment the previous day, you get there early, you will out what you need to fill out, and still takes them over 40 mins to get you to see a doctor. Is terrible!!

The doc was way over her head she can't handle her workload they don't hire more ppl. The nurses and check in staff are great but middle aged Asian doctor there was horrible and constantly demeaning and condescending.

Absolutely appalled by the care received for my son today. Went in for an accident and waited nearly three hours just to have the PA be rude and condescending. PA was Aaron Robertshaw, and he made unnecessary comments about financial status, just was immediately standoffish and rude upon entering the room. He refused to telephone in a script until the pharmacy was called to reach out to them. Nurses and front desk were amazingly sweet, as always and did fantastically. Absolutely horrible! My wife went to the Massena, NY location and was told they would submit it to our insurance even though it was out of network. She paid $165 at the time of service despite the fact we do not have a co-pay. They never submitted the bill to insurance. Called 3 times and received 3 different responses. I received a bill/receipt that showed we did not pay a co-pay but had a credit of $165. Stay away unless you are desperate.

Do not bill correctly. Made us pay $113 due to not taking our insurance but then billed our insurance for an in network service. EOB showed we only owed $30. Called 5 times and each time was told a refund check was issued to wrong address. Every single call, the address was updated. On my 5th call, the worker refused to speak with me because I'm not the account holder. I am biological mother of my 3 year old daughter (the patient) and the insurance card holder. I took my child here 10/1/2023 for fever for 3 days & a cough he's had for a month. We arrived around 9am and fortunately were seen quickly! We seen a NP and he checked my child and said nothing was wrong, no ear infection, and was advised to just do Tylenol/Motrin. I take him to his pcp today (next day) because I just didn't feel right! & his dr found an active ear infection on one ear and one that was appearing on the other and was wheezing and has pneumonia, was FINALLY able to get medication prescribed!
