Do not bill correctly. Made us pay $113 due to not taking our insurance but then billed our insurance for an in network service. EOB showed we only owed $30. Called 5 times and each time was told a refund check was issued to wrong address. Every single call, the address was updated. On my 5th call, the worker refused to speak with me because I'm not the account holder. I am biological mother of my 3 year old daughter (the patient) and the insurance card holder. I took my child here 10/1/2023 for fever for 3 days & a cough he's had for a month. We arrived around 9am and fortunately were seen quickly! We seen a NP and he checked my child and said nothing was wrong, no ear infection, and was advised to just do Tylenol/Motrin. I take him to his pcp today (next day) because I just didn't feel right! & his dr found an active ear infection on one ear and one that was appearing on the other and was wheezing and has pneumonia, was FINALLY able to get medication prescribed! The worst urgent care I've ever been to! I scheduled an appointment today at 6pm and I'm still currently waiting to be looked at. I understand when it's short staffed but this is just ridiculous. As soon as I arrived I was told it should not be long and that they just had to clear a room for me but I've seen more than 10 patients walk out and I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now! What a joke!

So I came in today with a work injury and made sure to fill everything out correctly at the front desk entered my information incorrectly. After waiting two hours here with my husband they told me at the front when my name was called that they don't accept work related injuries. Why can't they ask that before they hand you the paperwork.

While we are at the height of the cold and flu season I expected a wait on 12/14/22 when I brought my daughter in for a visit. At check-in, the gal at the desk said to me..."well there are 25 people ahead of you ." My response was that I understood and it was no different any place else. We waited in the car and for curiosity's sake, I began a timer. Expect a long wait if you do a walk-in, minimum an hour. They do not have 24hr results. About 36-48 hours. Online appointments are not working. Workers are a bit rude, maybe because of how busy it is... Still not an excuse. It's your job.

I had a terrible experience when my family member was here. I had a family member there and the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on twice when asking simple questions and responded with disrespectful comments. I work in healthcare and understand the challenges with patient care sometimes but the front desk staff did not seem to have any phone etiquette. I would like to give it 0 stars if possible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

No sugar-coating here, this was my first time here. When I went to explain the situation, the receptionist was not really even listening then cut me off mid sentence as she said " met me at the door". I was not done explaining what happened, there was no one in the waiting area and only 3 cars already in the parking lot. This was very RUDE and unprofessional and those types of folks are half the reason why no one wants to go to these types of places.
