Went to WellNow for swelling and pain in my eye. I was seen within 15 minutes and was greeted kindly and professionally by Jennifer. The NP, Taylor was fantastic as well and had me diagnosed and on the way back to being 100% healthy. I've been to a few urgent care centers and this was by far the best experience I've had.

I have never had a bad treatment at any Wellnow. I was seen at this Thompson Road location yesterday morning. I was having all the typical symptoms of the flu and wanted to be checked for it for work purposes. I met Troy a nurse who was very congenial and nice to talk to/meet. We talked about our professions and had a few laughs together. He gave me a Covid test just in case even though I was there for the flu. Next came in my wonderful P.A. Caitlin Miller! 5 Stars 100%! I had a great experience today at WellNow on Thompson Road. Cynthia (at the front desk) was efficient and kind. I had an appointment and was seen right away. Sophia and Emily (nursing staff) were kind, pleasant and professionally A1! Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years and bringing my kids here, and this location is awesome. Ignore all the whiny karens giving low reviews-- everyone in america is the biggest whiny baby on earth! You guys have done a phenomenal job all 75+ times I've had to go here or bring a family member!! Keep up the awesome work

This was my first visit to this facility and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff here is, from how I was greeted at the front desk to how excellent my care was. I especially want to give a shout out to Amanda for her cheerful persistence with my issue and Michelle for explaining my aftercare steps. So glad to know I live close to such a terrific urgent care center!

I made an appointment online last night because I was in terrible pain from back spasms and couldn't walk or sit. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment but I was greeted and checked in right away. The ladies at the desk were friendly and efficient, and I got into a room within 10 minutes. This place was spectacular. We were in Syracuse from out of town for the weekend, and I urgently needed antibiotics. Not only was the facility modern and spotless, but I was seen immediately. We were in and out within half an hour with prescriptions. The nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and professional, and I could not have imagined a better or more efficient experience.

genuinely just people working there who want money and can't get other jobs. extremely disrespectful staff. I made an appointment yesterday for 9:50 just to go in at 9:45 have them say "there is 10 people in front of you it's going to be a very long time but you have a 50 dollar copay" and i proceed to ask how so many people are in front of me if I have an appointment in 5 minutes and she told me there is nothing she can do and no points to make an appointment. once inside the facility the staff are wonderful. the issue I have is they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called numerous times and have sat on hold for 45 minutes - an hour just for the call to disconnect
