They were great as soon as I walked in the person at the desk took care of me. He was very friendly , caring. He then escorted me to a room where I only had to wait a few minutes, and the doctor came in and assessed the situation went over everything that we were going to do and said a nurse would be in to do vitals and etc.. I came in for a sore throat on a walk in no appoint. I was seen in less than 30 minutes even though they had people scheduled for appointments. The P.A was very nice and knowledgable as was the nurses. They made sure to run different tests to make sure I didn’t have anything irregular and I was prescribed medication and was on my way. Lastly please don’t be mad at the staff if you missed your appointment, it isn’t fair to them. It was a very easy and efficient experience. The personnel were great and both of my nurses were very nice and personable. They diagnosed me instantly. Highly recommend making an appointment & filling forms out online before going in-person to save time.
I’ve gone to a few WellNow Urgent Cares now this might be my 5th location or so I’ve visited. This one the Doctor / PA was really able to get me the antibiotics needed to treat my respiratory infection. I had no appointment it was open, friendly and inviting. Receptionist was polite and helpful and my overall experience was much better than other WellNow Urgent Care clinics I’ve visited in Schenectady / Albany area. 10/10 would visit again.
I had never been to a Well Now as a patient until the other day. I was impressed. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient as was in intake person. It didn't take long for the doctor to come in ask me some questions read my chart assess my situation, write up prescriptions and I was on my way. I am more impresseded now and would not hesitate to go back.
