They were great as soon as I walked in the person at the desk took care of me. He was very friendly , caring. He then escorted me to a room where I only had to wait a few minutes, and the doctor came in and assessed the situation went over everything that we were going to do and said a nurse would be in to do vitals and etc.. Took my husband there yesterday. Staff are extremely welcoming and thorough! One thing that is apparent, is that everyone seems to enjoy working there! Have utilized this well now on Thompson rd for several family members over the years, and always been very satisfied with the treatment.
Let’s be honest, no one loves having to go be seen medically. But if I ever have a choice, I’ll always go to this urgent care. They’ve always been kind and prompt with me. I also love the check in ahead feature. I was in and out in less than an hour. I also always judge places on how clean they are and this urgent care has always been very clean
I was very pleased with my experience at WellNow on Thompson Road. There was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Once I got in there, they thoroughly checked me over and decided that I should go to the emergency care at the local hospital. Luckily I went there and they didn't find anything but as the old expression goes better safe than sorry. Thank you very much to the people at WellNow.
I came in for a sore throat on a walk in no appoint. I was seen in less than 30 minutes even though they had people scheduled for appointments. The P.A was very nice and knowledgable as was the nurses. They made sure to run different tests to make sure I didn’t have anything irregular and I was prescribed medication and was on my way. Lastly please don’t be mad at the staff if you missed your appointment, it isn’t fair to them.
