My first experience at an urgent care facility and it was Superior!!! I would rate Caitlin Miller with 10+++++ if I could. She was knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The intake person and X-ray technician were also top notch. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. I can’t say anything but Thank You for a positive experience.
Outstanding professionalism and experience. Being from out of State and not having a local doctor, I walked in on a Saturday afternoon expecting just to get a referral. From the receptionist to the entire team, they were wonderful. They diagnosed my eye injury, got me on an antibiotic drop immediately to prevent infection, and gave me a proper referral in the event I would have difficulties throughout the weekend. Fast, excellent service. I came in as a walk in and left in less then an hour. Was prepared to have to wait, because there was no appointments available. Very friendly people also. Would advise anyone with a non emergency visit to go.
I was well taken care of here. I normally have bad experiences at walk ins but not this one. They made me feel understood yet appreciated. The best walk in I have ever went to.
Caitlin Miller and her staff made me feel comfortable throughout my first visit there at WellNow Urgent Care in DeWit, like I've been going there for years. I will definitely recommend her and her staff to all my family members and friends!
